Return Policy
At Perlina Jewelers, we strive to fulfill every purchase with complete satisfaction. We understand however that sometimes a refund may be required. Please, check our return policy below:
1. Discount Application
Discounts cannot be combined. This includes the 15% new customer discount only applicable to full-price items.
2. Sales with More than 30% Discount
Any single item purchased with a discount of more than 30% is considered final sale. These items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
3. Full-Price Item Returns
Our jewelry store accepts returns of full-price items within 14 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, the following rules must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear, spoil, or other damages.
- All the authentic tags must be attached.
Items that do not meet these rules might not be eligible for return.
4. Discount Range of 25-30%
Any item purchased within a discount range from 25% to 30% is eligible for exchanges or store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for such items.
5. Website Transactions Only
All purchases must be completed via the Perlina Jewelers’ website. We do not accept payments or process transactions over the phone or any other devices.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified if it is accepted! If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method. Transaction return time depends on your bank’s processing time.
7. Shipping Returns Responsibility
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping and insurance for returned items. We recommend you use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
